What payment methods do you offer?
Payment with card - 3D Secure
Starting in 2021 card payments online are made even more secure due to new EU regulations.
This means you will be asked to verify your purchase through 3D Secure (sometimes named "Verified by VISA" or "MasterCard Secure" depending on your choice of issuer.) This process is handled by your bank so if you experience any issues verifying your payment, please contact your bank.
- Choose the payment card you wish to use and fill in the obligatory information There will be no payment fee.
- We accept the following methods of card payment: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro & American Express.
- At the time of payment the amount will be reserved on your card, but not withdrawn until we have sent your order. No other fees are applicable.
Note! If your card is not accepted and no amount can be reserved, a message will show on the screen that the payment failed. Please note that even if the payment fails, some card issuers might still reserve the amount. This could mean that you can not use the reserved amount immediately.

When will I be charged for my order?
When placing an order, the full amount is reserved on your bank account by Brands of I.Z.M. Payment is debited from your card only at the time of dispatch. Please remember that even if a payment is not authorised, some card issuers may still reserve the money, meaning you will not be able to access that amount of money for a short while.
Can I shop Tax Free?
This feature is only available to customers within the European Union who are located outside Austria and operate as a legal entity with the correct UID number. It is mandatory to enter the UID number in the field provided for this during the checkout so that the system can validate the number.
Is it safe to shop online?
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, brandsofizm.com uses industry standard Secure Socket Layers technology (SSL). If you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser during checkout, you will see it begin with ‘https://’ instead of the normal ‘http://’. This also indicates that you are in secure mode. To ensure your information is kept private, we do not store any payment information in our database.
