Which distribution methods do you provide?

- You will receive an email from us when the parcel has been shipped.

Do I have to pay customs and import fees? 

No, all customs and import charges are included in the price of the order on the territory of EU.

What is your delivery time and prices?

We strive for parcels to be delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible. Most parcels are shipped on the same day you order ( untill 13.00h ). Please see overview of our avaliable delivery options including estimated delivery time and costs below.

The delivery time is an estimate counted from the time the parcel is shipped and it depends on the choosen distributor and location of delivery. On very large orders longer handling time must be expected. When your parcel has been shipped you will receive an order confirmation and receipt via e-mail. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Austria.

1-5 working days in Austria ( unless otherwise stated or the case of holidays )

- Free delivery on orders over 70€, otherwise price is stated at checkout.

3-7 working days in resto of European Union ( unless otherwise stated or the case of holidays )

- Free delivery on orders over 90€, otherwise price is stated at checkout.

How do I track my order? 

Inside your order confirmation receipt email you will find instructions on how to track your order.

Please kindly note that the first tracking will be visible when your parcel has arrived to the first sorting station and has been scanned.

Can I change my delivery address?

Unfortunately not.

- After you have placed the order we are not able to perform any changes as this an automated flow.
- Parcels that are not collected will be resend back to us and we will initiate the refund.

Can I shop Tax Free?

This feature is only available to customers within the European Union who are located outside Austria and operate as a legal entity with the correct UID number. It is mandatory to enter the UID number in the field provided for this during the checkout so that the system can validate the number.

 

When you receive the package, you are obliged to review the package in detail to make sure that everything is in order. In case the package is damaged or something is missing in the package, write to us within 3 days from the day of receiving the package.

We seek to adhere to the delivery periods and delivery dates as stated. However, delivery dates and periods are deemed estimates and therefore nonbinding.

Please note although the return shipping label is prepaid a return handling fee of 6 Euros will be deducted per order.
